Delivery
Delivery is anywhere in mainland UK. Delivery is made Monday – Friday with an additional charge for Saturday delivery and no delivery Sundays or Bank Holidays. If the Carrier is unable to deliver the driver will leave a card and try to deliver the next day. If next day delivery fails again, a card will be left requesting that you pick up your order from the carriers depot. If the parcel is not picked up within 24 hours the carrier will return the parcel to Le Vignoble and the customer will have to pay for a further delivery. If a parcel is returned to Le Vignoble, the cost of this return, following all reasonable attempts at delivery and contact, will be the liability of the customer. Currently this cost amounts to £12.50. Once a parcel has been returned, Le Vignoble will refund the cost of the original order minus this charge of £22.50 for the return plus the delivery cost. If a discount code is given after a mix up with a delivery this is only valid for 1 year and can only be used on products not already on sale. If the customer gives special instructions to Le Vignoble for the carrier to leave the parcel outside your house or with a neighbour, it will be left at the customers own risk.
Breakages, Returns and Refunds
Breakages must be confirmed within 2 days of delivery. If you wish to return your order due to a fault of our own we are happy to arrange for our courier to pick up the parcel from the delivery address stated on the invoice providing the parcel is securely packed in the same way as it was sent out. If you wish to return the parcel yourself you can do so. Once the parcel has been returned to us we will refund you the full amount. Unwanted goods must be returned to us in a fully resalable condition and you will be responsible to cover the cost of return postage, we will refund you the whole order amount minus the original delivery cost (for deliveries which qualified for free delivery, the refund will be the whole amount minus £10). We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a resalable condition or are damaged. Loss or damage of items in transit whilst being returned to us will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return delivery was arranged by ourselves using our approved courier. When returning an order you must do so within 28 days of delivery/collection and always keep proof of postage. Please note that refunds will be made to the original payment method only and may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.

Public Event Fees & Cancellations
The fee for public events includes event participation and course materials. Le Vignoble will specify in the event description if anything in addition is included. Participants are responsible for finding and paying for their own accommodation, if required, and travel.
Where a fee is charged for attending an event, all payments must be completed by phone or in person by credit or debit card upon initial booking.
Please note that non-payment after booking onto an event does not indicate a cancellation, unless you have informed Le Vignoble that you no longer require your booking. Please see the Le Vignoble cancellation policy below for further details.
Cancellations 14 days or more before the beginning of the event incur no penalty, and Le Vignoble will refund your fee in full, apart from bank transfer fees which may apply. Cancellations less than 14 days in advance, as well as no-shows, are charged in full and no refund will be made. Substitutions may be made at the managers discretion.
You can cancel your place at an event by calling or emailing Le Vignoble via the applicable outlet contact details listed on our 'Locations' page.
Please note that the cancellation policy is applicable for all bookings made, as a place has been reserved for you. Le Vignoble reserve the right to require payment for no-shows, as these incur the same cost and prevent the place being offered to other participants.
No repayment will be made for travel, accommodation and any other costs incurred, by you.
Where a partial cancellation is required for a group booking, please contact Le Vignoble in the first instance, on 01752 222892.
Occasionally Le Vignoble may have to cancel or postpone an event. If a cancellation takes place Le Vignoble will use reasonable endeavours to notify all customers who have booked by telephone, email or in writing. Le Vignoble will refund your event fee or transfer your booking to another date or event, whichever suits you best. Unfortunately Le Vignoble will not be able to refund travel or accommodation expenses or other costs incurred by you. Please note that cancelling Le Vignoble events is thankfully very rare.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond Le Vignoble’s control to change the content or speakers for an event. Le Vignoble will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of changes made to timing and venue. Le Vignoble reserve the right to make changes to an event without notice to booked customers.

Group event deposits are non-refundable. Clients making cancellations 14 days or more before the beginning of the event may re-schedule the date of the booking and the deposit amount will be carried forward, providing the new date is within 12 months of the original booking.
