Moorooduc Estate Pinot Gris on Skins 2023
This is what Pinot Gris look like when it’s made in the same way as a red wine by fermenting grapes on the skins. Watermelon pink in colour, with rose petals, violets, fennel, hints of pickled ginger, rhubarb and red plums. Tangy red berries and Moroccan spice on the palate. Drink cool, not cold, with a platter of charcuterie and soft cheese.
