This very approachable white is a field blend of Chenin, Grenache and Roussanne, from the lower sandy alluvial slopes of this exciting plot of land in the Franschoek. Notes of stone fruit, fresh apple, orange peel, honey and aniseed.
Traditional field blend, all varieties picked from the same block on the same morning.
