Deep golden amber in colour. The nose is rich and like roasted pecans glazed in orange syrup and flambéed with grand mariner. On the palate it is an extraordinary tango of acidity and sweetness, full of richness with notes such as caramel popcorn, fudge, spiced cashews, candied pecans, peanut butter, maple syrup, dried apricots, orange peel and citrus. It is complex, like nothing you will have tried before.
