Description
A very pale copper salmon hue with a fine stream of tiny bubbles. The nose shows incredible delicate complexity, with soft aromas of raspberry, strawberry and buttery pastry. The palate is crisp, with fresh citrus and red fruit flavours that linger providing a long creamy finish.

Meet The Producer
Knightor Winery
Knightor Winery is located just above St Austell bay in Cornwall. They have two vineyards located in Portscatho and Seaton on the South Cornish coast, with a total of around 17,000 vines.
They allow the grapes to express themselves often in short run, exclusive wines. Cool ferments and light touches of oak are used, with careful blending or ageing to achieve depth and balance. The climate and low yields allows them to produce lighter, fruitier, lower ABV wines with good acidity that are refreshing as an aperitif and excellent with food. Minimal intervention means all of their wines are vegan friendly, low in sulphates and any sweetness comes from fruit, not sugar.
