Eastern European Wine & Tagine Night
3 April, 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Location: plymouth
Join us for an evening dedicated to the countries within Eastern Europe - some of the most under-appreciated wine regions of the world.
Eastern Europe produces distinctive and diverse wines, from the crisp and aromatic whites of Hungary, to the fruity, spicy & vibrant reds of Bulgaria. We'll spend an evening discovering these exciting 'off the beaten track' wines whilst also considering their potential food matches. These generously fruity, dry, spicy & full-flavoured wines stand particularly well toe to toe with North African foods, offsetting the sweet spices and savoury flavours.
The wine tasting will be followed by a delicious homemade Pork Tagine served with couscous, and a glass of your favourite wine.
Vegetarian 'Quorn Tagine' is available on request when booking, we apologise that other dietary requirements cannot be catered for at this event.
£32.50 per person
A polite notice - as some of our events are very popular and we have limited space, on occasions we may seat different groups together so please be prepared to share your table with other like-minded wine lovers.
