Sparkling wine & hotdogs are one of the most unexpected but interesting wine & food pairings, and we'll be spending an evening discovering why.
We'll guide you through a selection of sparkling wines, each chosen for their hotdog complementing capabilities. We'll consider the body, acidity & flavours of each wine and how they will stand up to the hotdog and toppings.
The wine tasting will be followed by glass of your favourite wine served with a classic Chicago hotdog (ketchup, mustard, relish, tomatoes & caramelised onions) served with homemade slaw & a gherkin.
Vegetarian hot dogs are available on request when booking, we apologise that other dietary requirements cannot be catered for at this event.
