Highgate Organic Shiraz 2021

Deep plum red in colour. Red berries dominate on the nose with vanilla roundness. The palate has dark fruit supported by moderate tannins and a gentle return of white pepper. A medium finish with lingering mulberry notes. The vineyard experiences warm daytime temperatures ensuring ripe and plush fruit flavours, while cooler evening temperatures help to preserve a mild acidity which provides balance.
