Three days’ cold maceration followed by fermentation on the skins has resulted in a beautifully deep, garnet-coloured wine.

It is aged in old French oak barrels for 9 months giving a firm structure and subtle oak spice, creating a red wine that is balanced, vibrant and rich in dark fruit flavours.
