Rhone Wine & Chicken Chasseur Night

13 March, 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Location: plymouth

Join us for an evening exploring the indulgent and rich flavours of the Rhone Valley!

The Rhone wine region in France contains some of the world’s most recognisable and revered appellations, such as Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Saint-Joseph & Tavel. It is France's second largest wine region, stretching 150 miles North to South along the Rhone River. It is split into two sub-regions, Northern Rhone and Southern Rhone, which both have varied soils and climates resulting in an array of wine styles.

During this tasting we'll discover the ins and outs of the region's grape varieties, labelling terminology, and winemaking techniques, before enjoying a tasting of our favourite cru, and the very best of the Cotes-du-Rhone, so you’ll get a satisfyingly complete vision of this part of France.

The wine tasting will be followed by a traditional homemade chicken chasseur, and a glass of your favourite wine.
