A special & very different wine, being aged for 10 months in clay pots rather than barrels, this gets the micro-oxygenation without the interaction of contributions that wood gives.
A young cherry red colour. High intensity on the nose with red and jam fruit, particularly cherry and raspberry. Rounded and savoury in the mouth with strawberry lactic notes. It is very pleasant with unpolished tannins.
