Les Griffons offers a vigorous and fresh tasting experience, full-bodied and clean, overflowing with energy.
It can be laid down in the cellar for over 20 years or enjoyed right away.
The 2019 vintage is delicate with a bouquet offering aromas of black fruits, followed by subtle woody and spicy notes. The attack is generous, full, and structured with ample tannins. The balance is rich, harmonious, and taut, with mineral notes. It lingers lazily on the palate with a sleek finish. A wine with great ageing potential, characterised and precise.
