A blend of Shiraz and Mourvèdre with 25% of the wine aged in new barrels before blending.
The Shiraz provides delicious rich red and black berry fruit with spice both on the nose and palate while the Mourvèdre provides fine grainy tannins, structure and depth of flavour that fill the mouth and gives the wine great length and intensity.
