Onofri 'Meet the Winemaker'

Join us for an evening hosted by Mariana, winemaker of Onofri Wines in Lavalle, Argentina.

Onofri Wines is a boutique winery project that focuses on sustainable farming and minimal intervention winemaking. Their goal is to produce wines which are the result of microvinifications made in an artisanal way, rescuing old vines, historical regions and grape varieties, as well as innovating with grapes that display a great adaptation in Mendoza.

Enjoy a tasting of wines from the vineyard led by Mariana, as she shares the stories behind each bottle, her philosophy in the cellar, and the unique character of Lavalle’s terroir. This is a rare opportunity to explore small-batch Argentine wines up close, ask questions, and gain insight into a truly hands-on winemaking approach.
