A very well balanced classical English Sparkling wine that will pair well with any occasion. Very fine bubbles, pleasant balance of freshness with fruit, vibrant and classy. The palate leads to greener apple and candied lemon peel. On the nose, clean, lively and fruit forward with cooked pear, red apple and a touch of caramel.
