Pack your tastebuds, we’re heading to the sun-soaked South of France!

The Languedoc is the largest wine region in France and is home to multiple climate and soil types, making it one of the most dynamic wine regions in the country.

We’ll pour our way through a lineup of some of Languedoc’s classic & comforting blends you may already love, alongside adventurous bottles from native grapes and boundary-pushing winemakers who refuse to play by the rules.

And just when you think the night can’t get any better, out comes a rich, hearty home cooked sausage cassoulet, ready to be paired with a glass of whichever wine stole your heart. Bon appétit!
