Description

Superb, deep garnet red colour. The nose begins with dried flower aromas, developing into red fruit compote, with smoky, gamey & spicy notes. It is mouth filling with a great structure, has a slight sweetness and a long finish with rich aromas including liquorice.

Made with grapes from 40 year old vines covering 11 hectares. 50% of the harvest is aged in oak casks for 12 months.
