Description

Pale yellow with lemon hues. A wonderfully rich nose with floral notes of acacia, elderflower and linden blossoms. The palate is well-structured and very fresh with an blend with notes of apples, grapefruits and peaches, harmoniously balanced and elegant, with very zippy and moreish finish. 

Yannick's Notes

Fast drained in an opened cage press the free-run juice is cold settled. Both neutral and aromatic yeast strains were used along with cool fermentation temperatures in stainless steel tanks, which assisted in preserving the freshness and aromatics of the wine.
